Description

Immunogensynthetic β-amyloid (1-40) conjugated to BSA.
SpecificityWeak cross-reaction is observed with β-amyloid (1-28) and β-amyloid (12-28), but no cross-reactivity is seen with calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP)-KLH conjugate. The product may be used for the immunohistochemical detection of senile-plaques in brain sections of Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients.
